Students will learn about Business Organization by completing the Urban Project.  The objectives of this project

• Provide students with hands on experience in developing realistic land use solutions in an urban environment
• help students understand the trade-off between public and private interests
• engage students in consideration of social, environmental, economic  and political issues involved in the redevelopment of an urban area
• help students to develop criteria for what a good urban redevelopment project can and should emcompass
